Refund policy
Full refunds are only eligible for cancelled orders in which e-proofs/digital mock-ups have not been sent out to/received by customer.
If you dislike our e-proofs or the quality of our service BEFORE we print your order, then you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund. However, due to the fact that we have spent time on the design of your order, $15 will be deducted as a design fee when we provide you the refund.
As all products are custom made/personalized, returns are not accepted & no refunds.
However, if any of the following issues arise please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue as quickly as possible:
- Product is damaged
- Parts of the order are missing
- Received the wrong order
